After much deliberation, the committee have come to the decision to suspend all footballing activity after the 10th December. Although the club has adhered to all the Covid regulations from the FAW and the Carmarthenshire League, games and training are currently as safe as possible in the current circumstances.
The committee feels that with infection rates rising in the local area, we think it would be misguided of the club to continue to play football. If someone was unfortunate enough to contract Covid then a significant number of players/coaches would have to self isolate over the Christmas period. We believe given the year everyone has endured the opportunity to spend some time with loved ones over Christmas should not be risked.
We thank you all for your continued support throughout this pandemic and we hope you understand why we have come to this decision. We hope to start back as early as possible in January. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
